1 Definitions and Scope

In this document, "bk33", "platform", or "site" refers to bk33vip.cam and all services under it. "Member", "user", or "you" refers to any registered or unregistered person who uses or attempts to use this platform.

These terms apply to all bk33 services — including casino games, sports betting, live casino, slots, bonuses, payment transactions, and customer support. Using any part of the site is considered automatic acceptance of these terms.

bk33 reserves the right to change or amend these terms at any time without prior notice. Continued use of the site after any change will be considered acceptance of the updated terms.

2 Account Registration and Eligibility

2.1 Age Requirement

Members must be at least 21 years old to open an account at bk33. Any account belonging to a minor or a person under 21 will be closed immediately, and any deposited funds may be forfeited.

2.2 One Account Rule

Each person may open only one account. Opening multiple accounts from the same person, household, or device is strictly prohibited. If multiple accounts are found, all accounts will be suspended and any bonuses or winnings will be cancelled.

2.3 Accuracy of Information

All information provided at registration — name, date of birth, mobile number, and payment method details — must be accurate and up to date. Registering with incorrect or false information may result in permanent account closure.

2.4 Account Verification

bk33 may request identity verification (KYC) at any time. Members may be required to submit a copy of their national ID or passport and proof of payment method. Withdrawals may be held until verification is complete.

3 Deposits, Withdrawals and Payment Methods

3.1 Deposit Terms

The minimum deposit at bk33 is ৳300 (three hundred taka). Every deposit must be made from a payment method registered in the member's name. Funds sent from a third-party account or someone else's mobile banking will not be accepted.

Supported payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and bank transfer (e.g. Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank).

3.2 Withdrawal Terms

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500 (five hundred taka). Withdrawals can only be made to the same payment method used at the time of deposit — the same bKash, Nagad, Rocket, or bank account. Withdrawals are generally processed within 30 minutes to 3 hours.

Withdrawals cannot be made while an active bonus has an unmet wagering requirement. Bonus balance and real money balance are calculated separately.

3.3 Transaction Responsibility

Members are fully responsible for all transactions on their account. Any financial loss resulting from incorrectly entered payment details is the member's own responsibility.

4 Bonus and Promotional Terms

4.1 Welcome Bonus

The bk33 welcome bonus is a 150% bonus on the first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳8,000. The wagering requirement for this bonus is 25 times the bonus amount. For example — a ৳1,000 deposit earns a ৳1,500 bonus, giving a total balance of ৳2,500, and to withdraw the bonus funds, bets worth ৳1,500 × 25 = ৳37,500 must be placed.

Bonuses are not cash. Completing the wagering requirement is mandatory before any winnings from a bonus can be withdrawn.

4.2 Other Promotions

Other bk33 offers — such as weekly reload bonuses, cricket bonuses, or special slot deposit offers — each have their own wagering and usage terms. Multiple bonuses cannot be claimed at the same time.

4.3 Reasons for Bonus Cancellation

• Using multiple accounts
• Claiming a bonus with incorrect or false information
• Attempting to earn a bonus by exploiting system errors or loopholes
• Any irregular betting pattern as determined by bk33

5 Betting Rules and Gaming Terms

5.1 Bet Confirmation

Once a bet or spin is confirmed, it cannot be cancelled or changed. In the event of a technical error, bk33 reserves the right to cancel the relevant round and refund the staked amount.

5.2 Sports Betting

bk33's decision on odds setting and event cancellation in sports betting is final. If an event is suspended or cancelled, the stake for that bet is generally refunded; however, in-play bets may be treated differently in specific cases.

5.3 Technical Issues

If a game or bet is interrupted due to internet disconnection, device failure, or a power outage, bk33 will make its decision based on its server logs. Incorrect jackpot or winning amounts displayed due to a technical error are not valid.

6 Prohibited Activities and Security

The following activities are strictly prohibited on bk33:

• Playing games or placing bets using automated software, bots, or scripts
• Exploiting system bugs or technical errors to gain an unfair advantage
• Using the platform for money laundering or illegal financial activity
• Attempting to access another member's account without authorisation
• Conducting hacking, phishing, or malware attacks on bk33's systems
• Attempting to claim bonuses or promotions under multiple identities

Involvement in any such activity will result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of all balances. Relevant authorities will be informed if necessary.

7 Privacy and Personal Information

bk33 treats the protection of members' personal information as a top priority. How member information is collected, stored, and used is described in detail in our Privacy Policy. By opening an account, members also agree to that policy.

All data transfers are secured through SSL encryption. Member information is not sold to third parties.

8 Account Suspension and Closure

8.1 Closure by bk33

bk33 reserves the right to permanently close any account without prior notice in cases of rule violations, fraud, money laundering, or other misconduct. In such cases, any bonuses or winnings will be forfeited.

8.2 Closure by the Member

Members who wish to close their account may do so at any time by contacting customer support. Members will have the opportunity to withdraw any eligible balance before closure.

9 Responsible Gaming Commitment

bk33 believes gaming should be enjoyable, not a cause of addiction. We encourage members to set their own limits and seek help when needed. The Responsible Gaming Policy contains detailed information on deposit limits, self-exclusion, and support.

Access to this platform is strictly prohibited for anyone under 21. bk33 has put technical measures in place to protect minors.

10 Limitation of Liability

bk33 is not responsible for any financial losses a member incurs through gaming. Gaming is inherently risky and every bet carries the possibility of total loss.

bk33 will not be liable for service disruptions caused by natural disasters, cyberattacks, third-party service outages, or government restrictions.

11 Dispute Resolution and Customer Support

For any dispute or complaint, please contact bk33 customer support first. Our support team is available 24/7 via live chat and email in both Bengali and English.

All disputes will be resolved through discussion where possible. bk33's game logs and server data will be treated as final evidence in any dispute. Many answers to general questions are already available in our FAQ section.

12 Intellectual Property and Copyright

All content on bk33vip.cam — logos, designs, text, graphics, software — is protected by bk33's intellectual property rights. Reproducing, distributing, or commercially using any content without prior permission is prohibited.

The intellectual property rights for games available on the site remain with their respective game developers (Pragmatic Play, PG Soft, JILI, Evolution, Spribe, etc.).

13 Changes to Terms and Effectiveness

bk33 reserves the right to change any part of these terms at any time. Registered members will be notified of significant changes via email or site notification. Continued use of the site after any change will be considered acceptance of the new terms.
